I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location in the Loire Valley surrounded by vineyards was absolutely breathtaking. The service provided was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The room amenities, including a well-stocked mini-bar and a flat-screen TV, were perfect.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

The hotel is set in a stunning location in the Loire Valley surrounded by vineyards. the outdoor 'parc' is spacious and well maintained. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. the staff are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. Breakfast is good and served in a picturesque setting.
Some amenities are absurdly overpriced, like the minibar and the restaurant.

Spent Christmas at a picturesque chateau in the beautiful countryside. Loved the cozy atmosphere especially by the fireplace where we enjoyed some local wine and chocolates. The Christmas decorations were delightful and added a festive touch to our stay. We took advantage of the spa services and had a lovely massage. The surrounding vineyards were just breathtaking, and we enjoyed a lovely walk in the crisp winter air.
The breakfast buffet was not very appetizing and somewhat limited in options. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, which hindered our sleep quality. The heating system in our room was a bit finicky and took a while to figure out, which made us feel either too hot or too cold. They could use some extra staff during peak times, as the service at times was a bit slow. Nevertheless, it was a good break and we enjoyed our stay.

The old structure of the hotel gave me a feeling of the French countryside. the restaurant served fantastic French-inspired food. They had lovely grounds with beautiful trees and a lovely tennis court that was a great way to get in some exercise. the hotel is also located in a great area with easy access to nearby attractions.
The bathroom left something to be desired. It wasn't very modern, and it could have used a little updating.
